needing some company…

This is about how I feel and look right now – very tired, not crazy! One of our doe goats is sick so I’m taking the night shift of making sure she is alright. Anyone wanna come over and keep me company?

Sure, uh, except by the time I get there it’d be closer to lunch time, lol… and I don’t have a passport, so that wouldn’t work. (And I’m waiting for my sister to come home from work…) Hope the goat gets better.

Oh girl, you are so funny. :)
I am so sorry for all of us, Keci included. None of this whacky schedule is helping anything to be done, and I feel like a zombie. Well, sort of.
You have great friends dear! :) Wish we *could* meet them all!
Love~

Have fun on your night watch….next time I come down there though, you will have to put me to barn chores to make up for missing out on helping you this time. lol

Sure, Joc! I’ll be there in about 4 hours, does that sound right? Indiana can’t be longer from top to bottom than four hours, ay?
What’s your goat sick with?
Our goats are preggo and will be delivering in March–oh the joy!
The other goats that are here will all be delivering in December which means heated water buckets and heat lamps which equal lots of electricity. :-) Fun fun!
Hope you aren’t so tired today–!!
Love you!

Uh-oh. Nightshift with a sick animal is always so stressful. You have all my sympathy and prayers :)
I’m the one in my family who stays up in this kind of situations. My husband often jokes that I should have born to New Zealand – my night and day rhythm would be perfect in there! Maybe I have a bit of night owl in me…
I started think how to get there and how many hours it would take. I should first travel to Helsinki (by train some 3 hours). The to airport station to wait (maybe another 3 hours, with luck. Without luck 24 hours). If I would like to fly to US without changing plane, I’d have to fly to New York first (flight time 8 hours). Then I should find out how to proceed from there… You’re on your own, girl ;)

Poor goatie :( Hope you all (including the goat) feel better soon and get some decent sleep!
