Me Hat From England

Posted By Miss Jocelyn Tzahala on January 19, 2009 | Category: Hope Chest, In The Life Of A Country Girl

Last year my friend, Page from England, was so sweet as to send us some real English tea and chocolates. Page is one of the sweetest Believing women I’ve met yet. She loves the Lord and is definitely a thoughtful and  giving-person.

A month or so ago Page sent me a gift for designing her site, and I was so thrilled to find it was a hat from England. To make a long story short I’ve been wanting a real English hat for some time, and now I have one that suits my style. What do you think?

Haha, that last photo was actually one of the first ones we took. I was trying to tell Amanda how to take the photo and trying to smile at the same time. There are some other really goofy looking ones but I decided to forgo comments as well as embarrassment. LOL

My tshirt doesn’t exactly go with its elegance, but I can imagine a lovely complimentary outfit. Ha!

I would love to meet Page someday soon, but if not here on earth – well I’ll see you in heaven my sweet friend! Thank you!

Oh my GOODNESS, Jocelyn! That is, oh my, one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen! I am a hat fanatic(as it happens, especially of the kind you’re wearing) and very culture obsessed as well, and I can’t tell you how jealous I am! It is so cute! And you look adorable in it! I think you should use that second picture of you as your profile picture(for all the many profiles that you possess:-) My, it hurts just to look at it! lol. Well, should you EVER decide to get rid of it, you have a hungry customer on the line! (Sighs, I know, thats probably not very likely). But hey – do you know where it was gotten? If you have any ideas as where to search for one, let me know, and I’ll be hunting the world down for a matching one!;-)

Now, you be sure to tell Page that I want my hat in pink.

    All different shades of pink.

Cute hat, did your friend make it? Is it wool? It looked like a nice collection of wool plaids, english plaids of course… :) It would be cute with a skirt in the same fabrics also..,but your shirt is a perfect color for it… :)

Yes, Julius Caesar was quite the interesting character. His life, coupled by the history of the Roman Empire, is all intriguing.

I thought the analogy on “crossing the Rubicon” was a both neat and informative historical portrayal.

Right now in school I am studying high school World history – ha, and Chemistry in Biology. ;)
